    I was a little disappointed with the B12 concentration being a little less in this vial than in other orders. I asked if anything changed and was told no but clearly there was something different.
    For shipping purposes, maybe consider adding additional ice packs. I live in Florida and item doesn’t arrive as cold as it should.

    I have been using two times per week for a little over a month I don’t find it gives me any energy unfortunately. it seems to have reduced the size of my legs a little bit and that’s the only change so far.     First, the VITAstir homekit program is well organized and easy to use. I got the SKINNY SHOT to start. I am a 66 year old that loves endurance cycling.     1. Repeat patients should not be paying for full consultation every time ordering. There is should be an update to the information and a nominal fee to update the records.

Also, the injection itself doesn’t hurt at all but the pain afterwards (even after leaving the rx out for several hours so it wasn’t cold) hurts significantly to the point I’m sometimes limping for a day. If I saw any difference with the rx I would continue until I figured out how to make the pain go away but it doesn’t seem worth it for me.
