    My vials were short between 10 and 40 units each vial. It was very upsetting as I was not getting my full dosages. Contacted customer service and their reply was not very timely. Called the number for customer service, always went to voicemail and never received a phone call back. Finally about 14 days later and multiple emails and phone calls, they replied and are sending me another vial to make up for the shortage. I’m giving 4 stars because they tried to make it right. Also, I’m not having any side effects or issues with the medication. If you get your medicine with the B added vitamin it will be pink, which threw me off a bit. Lastly, I’m about the same hunger level as I’ve been on other compounded terzepitide. For reference, I’m on 100 units. Overall, I would order from them again, but be careful that your vial may be short. So far 3 out of 3 vials have been between 10 and 40 units short. At least they try to make it right.

    The product has been helping me curb my appetite. So far I lost approximately 30 pounds. It definitely helps me to do Intermittent fasting alot easier without the hunger pains.     My vials were short between 10 and 40 units each vial. It was very upsetting as I was not getting my full dosages. Contacted customer service and their reply was not very timely. Called the number for customer service, always went to voicemail and never received a phone call back. Finally about 14 days later and multiple emails and phone calls, they replied and are sending me another vial to make up for the shortage. I’m giving 4 stars because they tried to make it right. Also, I’m not having any side effects or issues with the medication. If you get your medicine with the B added vitamin it will be pink, which threw me off a bit. Lastly, I’m about the same hunger level as I’ve been on other compounded terzepitide. For reference, I’m on 100 units. Overall, I would order from them again, but be careful that your vial may be short. So far 3 out of 3 vials have been between 10 and 40 units short. At least they try to make it right.

    It is really good product to be honest, i tried a lot of different things in past, like HGH frag and so on, but this is one of the best, others usually works only with your weight, this one helps to normalise your sugar in blood and so on, one thing what i would recommend to others, try to manage quality and quantity of the food during the day, if in past i was hungry very often, no rarely, and when i want to eat usually i think about something really healthy, like vegetables and so on, i lost for 4 months 8 kilos, but was bad in what i eat, i have friends who lose 4-5 kg a month

    First week of month 6 15mg. Fast shipping as usually. Overall product has been amazing and life changing. As a 31 yr old from Chicago IL. I’ve 50 lbs in four months. Saved a ton of money from no longer ordering takeout as much. Clearly I was well enough to speak with my physician about skipping over month 3 and stayed on dose 10mg month 4 for two months before deciding to increase dosage.     I just finished my 4th month of tirzepatide 10mg. I’m down a total of 41.5 lbs. I feel great and love the person in the mirror again. I’ve had an issue with maintaining my blood pressure over the last 2 weeks. It kept getting too low causing dizziness, weakness and breathing issues. I’ve learned the signs and have taken care of it since. So I’ve had no issues as of lately. The packages come with everything you will need and direction to help you along the way.
