The most common side effects of Tirzepatide are usually nausea and loss of muscle mass. Luckily we have formulated our Tirzepatide with Glycine and B12 to alleviate those symptoms for most patients.

THIS PRODUCT FOLLOWS A TITRATION SCHEDULE. ALL PATIENTS MUST START WITH ‘MONTH 1’ DOSE. AFTER MONTH 1, THE DOSAGE PER INJECTION INCREASES GRADUALLY IN MONTH 2, and 3. MONTH 3 IS THE RECOMMENDED MAINTENAINCE DOSE. MOST PATIENTS DO WELL BY USING MONTH 3 AS AN ONGOING MAINTENANCE MEDICATION. FOR SOME PATIENTS INCREASING TO MONTH 4, 5 AND 6 DOSES MAY BE NECESSARY.
